DumpstersOnDemand.com is an independent national directory and lead-referral service connecting consumers with third-party dumpster rental haulers. We are not a hauler. We do not own, deliver, or service dumpsters. All rental agreements are between you and the hauler.

2. Accuracy of information

Prices, permit fees, landfill rules, and availability shown on our site are estimates updated quarterly. Final pricing and terms are determined by the local hauler at the time of booking.

3. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote, to comply with all local laws regarding dumpster placement and permitting, and to deal with haulers in good faith.

4. Limitation of liability

DumpstersOnDemand.com is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any actions or omissions of the haulers listed on our site.

5. Independence

DumpstersOnDemand.com is not affiliated with Dumpsters on Demand LLC of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, or any other regional operator using a similar name.
